CartMax Lublin
About the track
CartMax was an underperforming underground go-kart centre that had already seen its best days. The space felt dark, noisy and outdated, appealing mainly to a narrow group of hardcore drivers.
360 Karting transformed the venue into a premium racing destination. The track was redesigned with polished safety barriers, immaculate resin surfaces and a clean, cinematic look. Noise levels were significantly reduced, eliminating loud tyre squealing and creating a more comfortable environment for guests and spectators.
The result is a much safer, more accessible experience that attracts a broader audience — families, groups and corporate clients. With a relatively modest investment, CartMax doubled its revenue and repositioned itself as a high-quality entertainment destination.
A clear example of how 360 Karting turns a surviving business into a thriving one.
